On August 20, 2017, President Paul Kagame of Rwanda met with special envoy of President Xi Jinping and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Liu Xiaofeng at the Office of the President in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.
